A file of the ISB Links List, in both annotated and non-annotated formats has been created:

ISB_links.html

Right click on the filename above to download. Choose "Save Target As..." in Internet Explorer, or "Save Link As" in Netscape.

The file can then be quickly retrieved (from the directory you specified) through your web browser using:
file://(path) instead of http:// in the URL Location box.

Examples of location syntax:
file://c:/myfiles/ to list the directory myfiles on drive C: (you must include the last "/" to indicate it's a directory); or
file://c:/myfiles/ISB_links.htm to list the file ISB_links.htm in directory myfiles on drive C:.

The location can then be bookmarked for quick retrieval.
